Best strategy for adding dummies for CC placement

Could someone provide guidance on the optimal strategy for incorporating dummy elements into this circuit? The layout pattern is common-centroid, and it's essential to maintain this configuration even after adding dummies.

Is it possible to introduce dummy components exclusively to the layout without altering the schematic? This could possibly lead to LVS mismatch issue, so I would appreciate insights into both scenarios:

1. Adding dummies to both the schematic and the layout.
2. Adding dummies only to the layout.
