I am working in Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suit L with a design I have previously optimized in another software (CST). The design consists of an archimedean spiral that has infinite resolution (there are no steps, the curve travels according to the equation of the spiral). In order to fulfill the DRC, I need this polygon to fall into a specific grid. I have tried to manually pixelate it by creating many rectangles that outline the curve in a step-by-step manner.
To clarify, I include the following image: Is there a way I can automatically convert a polygon like the brown one into a pixelated one like the green one?
