Hello
I have created a new cellview for a component as shown below but am having difficulty in associating the custom defined model with this cellview. The model is a Hspice subckt so I created a .scs wrapper around this subckt with the first line indicating the simulator language as Hspice.
New cell to which I am trying to attach the model -

When I generated the netlist using ADE I see the above cell 's instantiation in the schematic is not showing the subckt in the generated netlist and the modelname associated with the netlist instantiation is also incorrect. Instead of the modelname the generated netlist is picking the cell name.
In generated netlist the component is showing up as -
I22 (vtrig vnode vcath) SAPD (should be APD as per subckt definition)
Will be great if anyone can suggest a solution or an alternative way to create a new cell and associate it with the Hspice subckt.
I am using IC618.
