name of nets inside deepprobe

Hi,

I am using a DSPF file for the parasitic extraction and I want to use deepprobe at the top level to access voltages on nets deep inside the extracted netlist. I looks there is a disagreement between the syntax of the DSPF and spectre.

For example I have copied the net name as it comes from the DSPF into the deppprobe

IPRB1 (ITOP.Xextr/Xopamp/net1) iprobe

The error says:

Unexpected operator "/", Expected block statement, end of file or end of line

If I remove the deepprobes from the test bench, there are no errors anymore although the DSPF file itself  is full of  "/" everywhere in the net names.

How can I get around this problem?

Thanks
Svilen
