I am generating a layout using Connectivity>Generate>All_from_source using Cadence 6.18
This works very well only most of the sources do not have metal contacts and even when I instance a new nmos to add a dummy it has no metal contacts on the source.
What do I have to do to get the source metal contact to show. There is not option for this in Properties/Parameters of the nmos.
So I'm guessing there is some option needed when generating from schematic
Because normally when manually placing and not using 'Generate' the source does show when instancing.
