Attached technology library is not showing up in an instantiated model

Hello,

First, I would like to thank you so much for your help with the following question. 

I am trying to characterize an NCSU-CDK-1.6.0.beta. When I created a new library with one of their technology (ami06) attached and created a new view of an inverter and instantiated an nmos the transistor from the ami06 is not showing up.

It seems that the CDS_SITE is defined for another technology twice. I have a 45nm GPDK that shares the same $CDK_DIR and how should I separate the two? Meaning how should I assign $CDK_DIR for each of the two different technologies?

I am using cadence virtuoso version  IC6.1.8-64b-500.9 and spectre version: spectre191
