Dynamic Temperature Simulation

I was looking at Temperature Evaluation - Custom IC Design - Cadence Technology Forums - Cadence Community and was wondering if that is still the case. My question is for the case that

I have a feed-forward temperature comparison circuit which obviously I can see it while I change the temperature, say sp analysis while sweeping temp, what I am interested in is to fix the temperature and emulate real case in which temperature changes due to, say, PA being on or off with a modulated signal? 

does anyone have a simple solution to do so?
