Hi everyone, I'm trying to check device stress for a bootstrap circuit by "Device Checking". For example, in a transient simulation no vds/vgs should exceeds 5.2V. "dochecklimit=yes, checklimitdest=both" in analog option, below is my setup form and the result. I have several questions, could anyone help, thank you!
1) Is "param(vol)=abs(V(g)-V(s))" the right expression?
2) I can't see the "message" column in the table "Device Checking Summary"? I could load the file if I change (message nil) to (message "myMessage") but still not show in this table.
3) the "duration" seems to make no difference, do I have any misundersting with "duration"? e.g. vds lasts for 10us and greater than 5.2V?
4) the log file "..../spectre/schematic/psf/spectre.out" show many violations occur, but the "Violations Display" form show green "PASSED" , why?
