How to Create new cell view under specific category

I have the same problem with this post, but don't see any response.

Q:  Can you assign the cell view to specific category when you create it? 

it's really annoying that you have to manually modify the category to add the cell view.

I am using IC618. 

The same problem came up 18 years ago, https://comp.cad.cadence.narkive.com/QgTHASuJ/adding-cells-to-category-when-creating-them . Hope there is a solution now.
