Disabled Reliability Report in Reliability Analysis RAK

Hello everyone,

I'm going through the RAK to learn about reliability analysis.

My problem is that the reliability report is disabled (picture attached) even though I followed the steps described in the RAK. 

I thought this might be because I kept the output tab in the reliability options empty, but this is what the RAK tells me to do.

I use Virtusoso version IC6.1.8-64b.500.21.
