How can I get the comprehensible parameters from model parameters?

hello:

 I have acquired the physical parameters of MOSFET from TSMC PDK model XXX.scs file.

it appears like this:

model nch bsim4  {
     1: type=n
+ lmin=9.999997e-006-(dxln+dlmisn)                    lmax=2.00001e-05
+ wmin=1e-005-(dxwn+dwmisn)         wmax=0.0009000001         version=4.5
+ gbmin=1.00e-12            rbsb=50                   ud=0
+ rbdb=50                   rgeomod=1                 rbpb=50
+ rshg=1.539650e+01         rbps=50                   rbpd=50
+ ngcon=1                   binunit=2                 paramchk=1
+ mobmod=0                  capmod=2                  igcmod=1
+ igbmod=1                  diomod=1                  rdsmod=1....................this is just a slice of the whole definition

I am trying to get the design variables such as Cgs, Cds, gm, Id, and etc.  which I can  get from ADE browser.  right now, I need the equations that could link the physical parameters to these regular design variables. I have looked up the MMSIM151 doc: spectremod:Virtuoso ® Simulator Components and Device Models Reference. it says that"The TSMC Model Interface (TMI) implements a modified version of the BSIM4 model, known as TMIBSIM4." in page 1317.  my question is where can i get the TSMC model equation. thanks in advance.
