Hallo everyone,
I am really new to aging analyze using virtuoso. I'm currently using tsmc 40nm lib to simulate, and here is my settings for tmi mode, I just want to learn how aging model works.
And after simulation, I get three results, fresh/stress/100yr
But after I plot the results, there is no difference. Here is the plotted result of 100yr. What I expected is too see the result of age "100", but the result are all age "0".
I don't know how the aging simulation using TMI works, can anyone provide tutorial or does anyone have experience? I'm really new to virtuoso, thanks for your help!
