Hello experts,
I have quite a lot abutted devices in a long row. I'd like to expand the poly to contact distance so that they can pitch-match with other rows.
I have an example snapshot here to illustrate with larger scale than the expansion I'm looking for. the first row is where I wish I can expand the Poly and Contact spacing so that in the end the total width is the same as the second row, without actually make the devices bigger/wider.
is there someway I can control such spacing when abutting devices?
